Hi, I`m Madelein Hendricks, I am better known as Mads. I’m a little mad, but like Alice I believe that all the best people are. I live life in full color, in wonderland.
Madness is a creative playground that started way back in 2018. As an entrepreneur I wasn’t quite able to find an agency that understood my vision and I started learning the skills to create for myself.
In 2020 my award winning recruitment business got hit hard with a world wide pandemic and I instantly knew that it was time to put what I had learned out in the world and I have never looked back.
My experience in recruitment gave me an upper hand not only with the human psychology but most valuable, my understanding of a wide range of industries truly allows my creativity to tap into a strategic understanding of businesses. The consumer psychology fascinates me and I am continuously learning the people element.
My moto for brands are simple: people eat with their eyes, and small creative changes can stop scrolls.
